XX UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON : 2018 SMALL WORKS ROSTER.The University of Washington (University) is soliciting applications for its Small Works Roster from qualified contractors. Small Works projects are defined by statute as those projects with an estimated construction cost of less than $300,000.The University’s Small Works Roster has three categories: General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, and Electrical Contractors. The University does not utilize the Small Works Roster for work at the University’s Medical Centers or for specialized research facilities projects.
