Bid Description: Oklahoma City: MAPS 4 Downtown Arena Master Plan Development and Downtown Arena and Related Facilities Improvements Scope of Work: The consultant will assist the MAPS Office in the development of a Master Plan for the MAPS 4 Arena projects and related facilities, along with the design of facility improvements. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to the following: • Develop a Master Plan for the arena and related facilities as specified in the MAPS 4 Implementation Plan. • Provide design for multiple phases of construction including but not limited to arena seat replacement, third level expansion, amenities and concourse renovation, replacement of all elevators, generator upgrade, electrical systems upgrade, expand the food court and main concourse, expand the south entrances including a new south tower, add a northeast entry, technology upgrades, Loud City upgrades and arena maintenance projects. • Meet with City officials and stakeholder groups, including the primary tenant and the arena management group. • Conduct presentations to the MAPS 4 Venues Subcommittee, MAPS 4 Citizens Advisory Board and City Council along with the various design review committees as established by ordinance. The estimated construction cost is $85,728,500.
