Bidders should provide prices for: paper review of proposed basins, site visits to likely candidates including potential hand auger borings; soil profile examination for stormwater management, testing, backhoe digging and reports. Bidders should break down the estimated costs for each of the three steps as well as the cost for backhoe and preparation of the report for a total of the eight basins identified by the township. Bids should also include individual per hour cost for soil scientist/ geologist, office and field technician, permeability testing and materials subcontractors and equipment.
