(NA) Clark County: Bridge No. 145 on Charlestown-Memphis Rd. over Carr Peyton Branch, which consist of the replacement of the existing two span steel beam bridge with concrete wingwalls, all supported on a concrete foundation. The proposed bridge will be a single span reinforced concrete slab (26-inch depth) on vertical faced concrete abutments on spread footings. New bridge railing and approach guardrails will be constructed along with new reinforced concrete approach slabs. The bridge will provide a clear waterway opening over Carr Peyton Branch. The road will be realigned with approximately 1,100 feet of approach work consisting of surface milling, pavement reconstruction with asphalt and compacted aggregate, steel guardrail with guardrail end treatments, seeding, signing and pavement markings, and all other items shown on the plans and mentioned in the contract specifications for a complete project.
