Delta Community Action Foundation, Inc.: Construction Management Contract Delta Community Action Foundation, Inc. will accept sealed bids for a Construction Management Contract to solicit bids to furnish all labor, materials, and related costs to install Fire Exits in 8 rooms and 4 concrete ramps to meet the fire code at 645 S. 12th Street Duncan, OK. This will include providing management and supervision services, preparation of construction documents, construction budgeting, construction scheduling, bid solicitation, receipt of proposals, review of proposals, recommendations to ownership, management of all vendors, submission/coordination of all draw requests, warranty/maintenance of all performed work.
