Olympia: (RFP) Land Cover Analysis & Tree Canopy Assessment. The City of Olympia invites interested and qualified vendors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and proposal for the following services: 1. Conduct a high-resolution, geospatial analysis classifying land cover for all of Thurston County. 2. Utilizing data produced by the landcover classification, produce a Tree Canopy Assessment for the City of Olympia summarizing existing conditions, change over time, and recommendations for a future comprehensive Urban Forest Management Plan. 3. Create a Tree Canopy Interactive Online Tool for the City of Olympia to aid communications and support related community engagement activities.
