(23-001) The Spring Independent School District : *ADDENA 1/3* Architectural Professional Services (Momentum Academy Project). REQUIRED SERVICES: Spring ISD seeks to enter into a services contract with one or multiple highly qualified firm(s) to provide Architectural Professional Services for the Momentum Academy Project to the District, including but not limited to the following: • Facilities planning • Programming • Design • Construction documentation • Construction administration • Energy modeling • Project closeout & warranty • Energy efficiency data tracking and evaluation The District reserves the right to adjust the Scope of Services and completion schedule for services based on the District budget and current District needs. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is designed to present interested firms with the description of the District’s current environment, the services we require, and a format for responding to our request.
