(IDPR Project No. 310831) State of Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation: Design-Build Services Heyburn Wastewater Facility Repairs A description of the work for this project can be summarized to include design-build services for repairs at the Heyburn Wastewater Facility. The design-build team will be expected to work with the project manager, park manager, and plant operator to refine the scope of work. Preliminary tasks include: 1.Effluent Pump Building - add pump redundancy, upgrades to sodium hypochlorite injection system. 2.Headworks Building - upgrades to air exchange system, repairs to the Huber Rotamat Micro Strainer, and miscellaneous piping repairs. 3.Treatment Ponds - fix flat line between headworks and ponds that frequently clogs, adjust discharge piping, replace diffusers, add electricity, potable water, and skimming system. 4.Upper Storage Pond/Irrigation Control Building - add intake screen, remove sludge, add redundancy to pump system, and replace irrigation pumps; and 5.Lift Stations - replace grinder pumps, confined space training for park personnel, and purchase confined space entry equipment.
