(2022-020 ) STAFFORD: STAFFORD AVENUE WATER TOWER REHABILITATION. In general, the work on this project will consist of the structural and miscellaneous repairs and complete recoating of the existing interior and exterior surfaces, including commercial blast removal of the existing interior and exterior coating system of the existing 500 MG Elevated Steel Hydropillar Water Storage Tank, known as the Stafford Ave. Water Tower, and located at 181 Stafford Avenue, Manahawkin, Ocean County, New Jersey. This project will also include alternate bid work such as the installation of a logo designed by Stafford Township on the Elevated Steel Hydropillar Water Storage Tank. Additional alternate bid work includes the structural and miscellaneous repairs and complete recoating of the existing interior and exterior surfaces, including commercial blast removal of the existing interior and exterior coating system of the existing Steel Backwash Waste Storage Tank.
