The proposed Base Bid Work includes demolition and removal of existing boat launch facility, common excavation, asphalt paving of parking and access areas, concrete sidewalk, boat launch ramp and dockage improvements, electrical and lighting improvements, pavement markings and signage, channel dredging, and site restoration. The Alternative Bid includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, asphalt paving of a trail extension, installation of floating fishing facilities, and site restoration.
