(2022-042) Westerly: (RFQ) *Addendum 1* Water Quality Testing and Reporting. Coordinate and cooperate with RIDOH and CTDOPH to determine the sampling schedule and protocols required by each and assure that the Westerly Water System is in and remains in compliance with all of the applicable testing and reporting requirements of each regulatory. 2. Provide all labor and materials and perform sampling and analysis as determined in #1 above. Sampling to be coordinated with the pump room supervisor. Samples will be collected by the Laboratory Personnel with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sample collection/handling methods and transported to be tested at the contracted Laboratory.
