(8890 ) Simsbury: *Addendum 1* Professional Design Services Meadowood Historic Tobacco Barn Restoration. Town of Simsbury, through its Engineering Department, is requesting proposals for professional engineering consultant services for the design and preparation of bidding and construction documents for permanent restoration of the Meadowood Historic Tobacco Barns. These barns have historically been used for agriculture by prior owners since before 1934, based on historical photographs. The scope of work includes assistance with bidding and contract award, and construction administrative services.
