Niobrara Conservation District (NCD) is accepting sealed bids for the drilling and completion of a livestock well. The project is located in T32 R64 Sec 5, E of Manville. The well shall be drilled, cased and completed according to the NRCS specifications listed in the bid packet. Contractors shall supply all materials. Producing well, shall be sampled for Livestock Suitability through a certified lab.
