(IFB 22-59 ) WA DNR: Harvest Unit Delineation and Forest Inventory. DNR is initiating this Solicitation to solicit proposals from firms interested in a project to 1) delineate potential timber harvest units, hereinafter referred to solely as “harvest units”, located on approximately 1.21 million acres of DNR managed state forest trust lands, hereinafter called “trust lands”, using GIS software and 2) collect forest inventory data on between 10,000 and 50,000 sample plots located within a subset of the harvest units.
