(BID-22-057-0-2022/DC) St. Lucie County: (RFQ) Emergency Beach and Dune Restoration & Miscellaneous Beach Services. Severe episodic erosion of St. Lucie County beaches has prompted the need for upland sand sources that can be employed for emergency restoration of the beach and/or dunes after future storm events. Public concerns and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP or Department) concerns regarding the quality of sand for dune restoration warrant identification of sand sources acceptable to permitting authorities. The Technical Specifications are applicable to prospective construction contract (or contracts) to support dune restoration and miscellaneous beach services for St. Lucie County
