Industrial grade painting and pressure washing of Indian Hills Water Treatment Plant facility including but not limited to roofs, concrete ground storage tanks, exterior of concrete block structures (CBS), chemical containment areas, fiberglass structures and piping, ductile iron pipe, PVC pipe, pumps and motors, chemical containment structures, steel tanks, and other facilities and components consisting primarily of concrete, steel, metal, PVC and fiberglass surfaces including but not limited to surface preparation, crack repair, blasting, scraping, cleaning, priming, coating, rolling, spraying, brushing, painting, and clean-up, and all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to complete the Work as intended by the Bidding Documents to provide an acceptable finished product.
