Port of New Orleans: Disaster Response and Recovery Services. The Consultant shall be available and provide professional services to assist the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans (Board) in the event of a natural disaster, such as a hurricane or other catastrophic event. The Consultant shall be knowledgeable of current laws, statutes, codes, etc., including but not limited to those listed below. The intent is for the Consultant to provide services and supporting documentation to support a Board insurance claim and/or public assistance request in addition to other professional services that may be required in the event of a disaster as described herein.
