Port of New Orleans: As-Needed Damage Assessment Professional Services. Consultant shall be available after a catastrophic event, such as a hurricane, to provide personnel and equipment to conduct damage assessments of any or all Board properties. Damage Assessments may include complex electrical, mechanical, structural systems, submerged facilities, wharves, preparation of scopes of work, cost estimates, and claims with insurance and FEMA.
