(2022.1) Trillium Land Co.: (RFQ) PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT TRILLIUM VILLAGE 3. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trillium Land Company, LLC is seeking a qualified Construction Manager (CM) to oversee and direct construction of the public infrastructure for Trillium Village 3 from conception to completion. Village 3 consists of 605-acres with 1,113 single-family residential lots, approximately 74,500 linear feet of public roadway, 143,000 linear feet of water and sewer, and 18,200 linear feet of engineered channel with 39 drop structures and four box culverts (Project). Services will exclude any work within private tracts and will also exclude services related to well equipping, water campus, and temporary water reclamation facility. Trillium Land Company, LLC intends to procure these services in accordance with Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 34-603, et. Seq utilizing the qualification-based selection process. Trillium Land Company, LLC will be the contracting agency and the City of Buckeye will own and operate the improvements after final acceptance. The Construction Management Firm selected will be responsible for coordinating with the Client, multiple contractors, dry utility companies, consultants, City of Buckeye representatives and others and using best efforts to complete the project as cost effectively and timely as reasonably possible, in accordance with plans, specifications, City of Buckeye requirements and the Client's expectations. Construction schedules and estimated costs to complete will be updated by the CM on a monthly basis.
