(NA) LaGrange County Regional Utility District: WASTEWATER PROJECT –PHASE II Sealed Bids for the construction of the LaGrange County Regional Utility District Region C Wastewater Project – Phase II are invited and may be delivered or forwarded by registered mail, addressed to the Owner: LaGrange County Regional Utility District c/o Adam Sams, General Manager, 116 E. Wayne Street, LaGrange, IN 46761; until 4:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, June 16, 2022. Bids for the Project (“Bids”) will then be opened and publicly read aloud at 4:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, June 16, 2022 by the Owner at a public meeting located at the District Office at 116 E. Wayne Street, LaGrange, IN 46761. All interested citizens are invited to attend. In general, the Projects include the following work items: Contract A – Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements • An expansion of the existing wastewater treatment plant, including: o Replacement of the existing Plant Lift Station pumps o New Extended Aeration Equipment, including a new Blower & VFD o Expanded tankage for new Extended Aeration Equipment o Yard Piping o Expansion of the Sludge Dewatering Pad o Electrical and Instrumentation o Dry Sludge Storage Structure o UV Disinfection/Post-Aeration Structure Cover o Landscape and Drive Restoration Contract B – Wastewater Collection System • Construction of one (1) wastewater pump station and associated components such as generators, chemical feed systems, site work, electrical and instrumentation and flow meters. • Installation of approximately 83,000 linear feet of 1-1/4” through 6” pressure sewers, force main and associated components, such as isolation valves, flushing stations, and air release valve stations. • Installation of approximately 250 grinder pump stations and associated components such as grinder station control panels, curb stop check valve assemblies, electrical risers and electrical conduits/conductors.
