(E05436) PennDOT: (E05436) (SOI/LOI) Design and Misc Services, SEDA-COG SR 2006-P44 Bridge Rehab Project. The Department of Transportation will retain an engineering firm for the following: Part Name: SR 2006-P44 - Design Project Description: This part consists of the Design activities for the preservation of bridges carrying SR 2003 over Doe Run in Walker Township, Juniata County, SR 2006 over Delaware Creek in Delaware Township, Juniata County, and SR 4001 over Kettle Creek in Leidy Township, Clinton County. The anticipated work includes superstructure replacements and substructure repairs on the SR 2003 and SR 2006 structures along with a deck replacement and substructure repairs on the SR 4001 structure. Required services will include but not be limited to: Survey (SR 2003 and SR 2006 only), Roadway Design, Final R/W Plans, E&S Control Plans, Permitting, TS&L, H&H study (for the SR 2003 and 2006 structures), Roadway Plans, Utility Coordination, Structure Plans, Traffic Control Plans and P.S. & E. package preparation. The Department will complete the Survey (SR 4001 only), Right of way acquisition and environmental documents with supplemental information provided by the consultant. Part Name: SR 2006-P44 - Construction Consultation Project Description: This part consists of the Construction Consultation and Shop Drawing Review for the bridges associated with the preservation project SR 2006 Section P44 as described under Part 1. Required services will include but not limited to: Shop Drawing Review and Construction Consultation.
