(NA) North Attleborough: FY23 WWTF Sludge Removal Services. Town of North Attleborough and the users of its wastewater treatment facility (WWTF). Wastewater treatment undertaken at the WWTF consists of screening, grit removal, comminution, flocculation, primary sedimentation, pH adjustment, second stage aeration, second stage sedimentation, loth disk filtration, chlorination/dechlorination and post aeration. The WWTF currently produces approximately 4,800,000 gallons of thickened sludge annually with an average solids content of 4.2 percent within a range of 1.5 to 5.5 percent.
