(CT22-105) Iron County: Construction Management/General Contractor Services for a New Iron County Jail & Sheriff’s Complex Iron County is seeking to hire a qualified and motivated firm to provide construction management/general contractor services for new Iron County Jail and Sheriff’s Office Complex to be located at Canyon Ranch Drive (North East of the North Freeway Interchange), Cedar City, Utah. The new facilities are to include: 1) Jail 2) Attached Sheriff’s Offices 3) Detached Outbuildings including possible Storage/Armory Building 4) Vehicle Garage 5) Parking lot Access Roads, and 7) Landscaping.
