(B022025) Arkansas Tech: Selective Interior Demolition & Asbestos Abatement – EEG Project Number 22-0111-055 Arkansas Tech University – Jones Hall – Russellville, Arkansas. Contract includes selective demolition and the removal and proper disposal of all asbestos-containing materials known to exist at Jones Hall on the ATU campus in Russellville, Arkansas. Bids from ADEQ-certified Asbestos Contractors will be the only respondents considered. Bid specifications may be obtained at the mandatory pre-bid meeting at no cost to the attending contractors. The project is scheduled to start as soon as contracts are signed and Bonds have been provided. This project does require the mandatory Notice of Intent to ADEQ and its associated waiting period.
