(22-3771) City of North Little Rock: Demolition of the North Little Rock Fire Department’s Training Tower and Metal Building at 8300 Remount Road, NLR. It is the intent of the City of North Little Rock to seek bids from qualified companies for the demolition of the North Little Rock Fire Department’s Training Tower (consisting of four stories) and a Metal Classroom Building located at 8300 Remount Road, North Little Rock, AR. The concrete pad under the Training Tower is not to be disturbed or damaged during the demolition of the Training Tower. The metal building is a separate structure from the concrete training tower. The building is currently vacant and will be torn down to the ground. The building site is to be clear of all un-natural material and the entire area shall be graded smooth. Contractor is responsible for filling any holes with dirt after removing building.
