Cusick: (RFQ) ENGINEERING SERVICES. The Town of Cusick, Washington is requesting qualified Washington state-licensed professional engineers to submit qualifications to provide design and construction engineering services for the Towns water and wastewater systems. Water system projects may include rehabilitation or replacement of the existing surface water treatment plant, distribution system replacement, and water storage facilities. Wastewater system projects may include rehabilitation or replacement of the wastewater collection system and wastewater treatment plant. One or two firms may be hired, depending on qualifications. Firms should indicate whether they would like to be considered for only drinking water projects, only wastewater projects, or both. Consultant selection will be based upon the following criteria: 1) firm experience with planning, design, construction/rehabilitation, and operation of surface water treatment plants; 2) firm experience with assessment and replacement of water distribution piping and components; 3) project understanding and approach; 4) proposed consultant team; 5) past performance/references; 6) familiarity with the Cusick area. Interviews may be held at the Towns discretion. SUBMIT TO: Three copies of the statement of qualifications, not exceeding 20 total pages, shall be submitted to the Town of Cusick, PO Box 263, 111 1st St., Cusick, Washington 99119 by Wednesday, May 11, 2022, no later than 5:00 p.m. (local time). Project funding includes the Federal State and Tribal Assistance Grant (STAG) Program and may be partially funded by federal and state programs such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, USDA-Rural Development, the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program (DWSRF), and the Washington State Public Works Board.
