RUTHVEN: CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS – NEW WATER WELL #4. New Water Well #4 – (November 1, 2022 Substantial Completion). Construction of a new 220 gpm water well located SW of the intersection of 355th Ave and Lincoln St. Construction and connections of a 4” transmission water main (directional drill) from the well site, along 355th Ave, along Highland St, and to the existing water main behind water plant. Electrical service connections and controls located at the well location and 1204 Burns St Seeding and fertilizing and other surface replacement. Miscellaneous work to complete project New Water Well #4 – Alternate 1 – (November 1, 2022 Substantial Completion) Construction of a new 220 gpm water well located SW of the intersection of 355th Ave and Lincoln St. Construction and connections of a 4” transmission water main (open cut) from the well site, along 355th Ave, along Highland St, and to the existing water main behind water plant.
