Hopi Tribal Housing Authority: Qualified design build firms that are licensed to provide services for four (4) residential homes customized metal connex homes. The HTHA receives Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act (NAHASDA) [ 25 U.S.C. 4101] funds and regulations of the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) at 24 C.F.R. 1000. et seq. This invitation is not restricted to Indian organizations or Indian Owned Economic Enterprises; however, the bid award will be in accordance with 24 CFR 1000.48 and 1000.52 which allows a preference to bona-fide Indian Organizations or enterprises. To qualify for the preference, and Indian preference qualification statement must be submitted.
