(RFB-00013) Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments: Senior Center Design and Consultation. Santee-Lynches is looking for a general contractor with knowledge of contract designs, to add additions to senior centers. The additions will be used to house walk-in freezers/coolers. This general contractor will be working with the Government Services staff to consult on requirements for future Request for Bids and advertising. This project is funded by CDBG-Corona Virus funds and will meet CDBG requirements.
