(606161-22) Clark County: (SOQ/RFQ) Nuisance Property and Building Abatement Services. COUNTY is soliciting submittals from QUALIFIED RESPONDENT(S) to provide nuisance property and building abatement services for COUNTY. The services required are divided into three (3) Lots, and a separate list of QUALIFIED RESPONDENT(S) and specialty RESPONDENT(S) will be established and recommended for approval for use. A Qualification Review Period shall be conducted annually in September of each renewal term. New RESPONDENT(S) will be added as they are qualified and approved. Requests for Quotes will be issued to all qualified RESPONDENT(S) as services are needed per lot, as projects arise. Should a RESPONDENT fail to respond to three (3) consecutive Requests for Quote, a letter will be sent to RESPONDENT for clarification and to determine if RESPONDENT should remain on the Qualified List. Clark County invites firms to submit proposals for Nuisance Property and Building Abatement Services.
