(RFQ-22-004SB ) Snohomish County: Design Services, Granite Falls Bridge 102. Project Description: Snohomish County Public Works proposes to replace Granite Falls Bridge #102 that carries the Mountain Loop Highway over the South Fork of the Stillaguamish River. The County has a Design Memorandum (August 2018) that describes the preferred bridge as a two-span steel girder bridge spanning 350 feet. The proposed section includes two lanes, two bike lanes, and sidewalks. A Snohomish County Public Utility District waterline requires relocation. The existing 87-year-old bridge is proposed to be removed. The project is funded for construction and is currently scheduled to begin construction in 2025 and end in 2026. Estimated start date: September 1, 2022 and end date December 31, 2026 The proposed work under this RFQ includes, but is not limited to: Project Management Final Design Services Utility Relocation Services Geotech Engineering NHPA Section 106 and Section 4(f) Compliance Permitting and Planning Construction Phase Services
