(22.01 and 22.02 ) Farmington: Underground Storage Tank System Removal and Environmental Work. Work includes, but is not limited to disconnection and removal of utilities; removal and proper disposal of concrete paving in the tank area, including the concrete fuel dispense islands and bumper posts; removal and proper disposal of two fuel dispensers, electronic tank monitoring system and associated conduit and wiring, impressed current cathodic protection system wiring, anodes, and rectifier; excavation, removal, and proper disposal of soil/subgrade material surrounding the tanks; removal and proper disposal of liquids from tanks; cleaning of tanks and associated piping; removal and proper disposal of liquids from cleaning; removal, and proper disposal of two tanks complete with fuel and vent piping, sumps, all associated devices and appurtenances, and all electrical/controls conduits and wiring; dewatering as required to perform the work, including proper disposal of same; removal and proper disposal of additional soil/subgrade material as required to address environmental issues, assisting Farmington Public Schools’ consultant in obtaining soil/liquid samples during the work; backfill of excavation, compaction of soil, and installation of new concrete paving
