St. Joseph: Corrosion Control Study. This Request for Proposal is to provide interested engineering firms with sufficient information to submit proposals for consideration by the City of St. Joseph in connection with its Corrosion Control Study. This Corrosion Control Study will use pipe loop testing, scale analysis and a desktop study to identify changes in corrosion control treatment that can minimize leaching of lead, while also maintaining simultaneous compliance and producing a stable finished water.
