(2562) Topeka: ON CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR NON-DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. The City of Topeka (City) is seeking a qualified consulting Firm(s) to provide on call consulting traffic engineering services for non-development projects and various other requests that require traffic engineering expertise. The Firm(s) selected must demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to provide traffic engineering services. The Firm(s) selected shall also have a Licensed Professional Engineer with a Professional Transportation Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification on staff. Professional traffic engineering services are being sought in the following areas, but not limited to them: traffic signal designs, work zone traffic control plans, road and intersection designs, and resolving various traffic engineer issues, etc. The City will have control over the result of work; in reference to all work production and duties assigned to the Traffic Engineer(s) of the selected Firm(s). The City is hereby requesting proposals for professional traffic engineering services from qualified consulting engineering Firms.
