(VYC202218478) Vineyard City: Special Inspections - 6MG Tank and Booster Station Services Required: Vineyard City is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide special inspections for the 6MG Water Tank and Booster Pump Station Project. Project Description: The Work includes the construction of a 6 MG tendon-type concrete drinking water storage tank with associated piping and valve vaults, construction of a drinking water booster pump station with vertical turbine pumps and associated suction and discharge pipes, 2.5 ton overhead bridge crane, surge tank vault, manway vault, electrical including pump VFDs and emergency standby generators, SCADA and controls, HVAC, site drains, sanitary sewer lateral, chain link fencing, ornamental iron fencing with CMU columns, ornamental iron slide gates, electric gate operator, final site grading, RAP placement and compaction, and AC pavement. The Work also includes the design and installation of ground improvements and structural fill under the tank and booster pump station. Contractor will provide independent field and laboratory testing.
