(8181391) Minnesota State Fond du Lac Tribal & Community College: FDLTCC-22 Building Automation System Replacement (Quest Project #8181391). This RFP solicits proposal from Commissioning Agents. The project provides for upgrading the existing Johnson Controls Building Automation System and converting existing Honeywell controls to Johnson Controls. Additionally, all the existing equipment operated by new controllers is to be (re)commissioned. The main academic building is approximately 155,000 square feet. The original portion opened in 1992 with additions completed in 2003 and 2007. The current Building Automation Systems (BAS) are a combination of Johnson Controls and Honeywell Symmetry. The campus prefers to eliminate the Honeywell controls and upgrade the existing Johnson controls where needed.
