City of Woodland Park: *ADDENDUM 1* On-Call Engineer and Land Use Development Review Services. The City of Woodland Park is requesting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms licensed in the State of Colorado to provide civil engineering and land use development review services on an on-call basis for capital improvement projects and planning development review. The City intends to award up to four (4) civil engineering firms; however, the exact number will be determined depending on the quality, diversity, and responsiveness of the SOQs received. Proposers should ensure they address their capability, experience, and expertise in all the engineering services on which they propose, including roadway, traffic, structural, drainage, utilities, landscaping, real estate acquisition, construction management, environmental mitigation and permitting, and planning development review.
