Shawneetown Regional Port District: Professional Engineering Services The scope of work and contemplated projects are as follows: 1. The design of a material off-loading facility from the Ohio River to a new fertilizer blending facility. 2. The design of an elevated material beltline from the Ohio River to the fertilizer blending facility. 3. The design of a 100,000 ton per year fertilizer blending plant. The above will require Electrical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Land Surveying Services by Illinois Registered Professionals. In addition to the above, the Consultant shall acquire any and all necessary permits, furnish construction observation, shop plan review, pay estimate review, and furnish advice to the Owner. Please submit the following information. 1. Name, size, and description of firm. 2. Location of main office and office where work will be accomplished. 3. Qualifications and previous experience in the types of projects listed above with dates of similar assignments. 4. Resumes of key personnel who would be assigned to the proposed projects. Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors on staff are required. 5. Names, addresses, and phone numbers of references. 6. Provide any additional comments that you may believe to be relevant. No elaborate presentation brochures are expected at this time
