(RFP-2350-21) UNM Los Alamos: A/E Professional Design Services - Campus Wide Infrastructure. The objective of the project is to renovate portions of existing building six to better serve Los Alamos Campus Students and Staff. Removing two restrooms and repurposing the space into classrooms. Renovation of the main two restrooms adding additional fixtures to meet occupancy requirements. Renovation of janitor’s closet to add one gender-neutral restroom. The project will include ADA compliance deficiencies, IT & A/V requirements, and finishes to include flooring, ceilings, and wall treatments.
