Sammamish: (RFQ) Construction Management Services - 228th Avenue Overlay. The City of Sammamish Department of Public Works is soliciting interest from engineering services firms with expertise in construction management for the following project. Construction Management Services - 228th Avenue Overlay. This project will resurface a one-mile section of 228th Avenue from SE 8th Street to NE 8th Street. Construction work for this project consists mainly of HMA pavement resurfacing and miscellaneous construction items. The work to be performed by the consultant consists of construction management. This project contains federal funds through the National Highway System (NHS) Asset Management program and has a sixteen (16) percent mandatory DBE goal for construction management.
