(1004-22-23) Prineville: 4th St. Deep Well #2 Pump/Motor, VFD and Appurtenances. The City of Prineville is seeking, by competitive municipal bid, a qualified well pump contractor capable of equipping a newly installed municipal supply well located on the City’s 4th Street Water Lot to be operational as a water supply well, a vicinity map is shown on the attached Figure 1. The City’s new 4th Street Deep Well #2 (DW2), assigned Oregon Water Resources Department well log CROO-55194 (attached), is to be equipped as an operable well upon coordination with the City appointed electrical contractor and City personnel. The pump contractor will be tasked with the installation of a submersible pump/motor, motor cables, down-well check valves and well controlling Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and appurtenances into an existing 12-inch Baker Water Systems Pitless Unit. All materials and equipment to be installed with the well and in contact with water are required to be NSF 61 approved. There will be NO accepted alternates at this time, as the pump/motor equipment is required to meet operational design specifications: Unless otherwise stated, all items shall be quoted and delivered F.O.B. Destination and delivery, freight, shipping, fuel sur charges and deposit along with any other charges (if any) will be included in the price.
