(220087) Wichita: Housing On-call Environmental Review Record Preparation. The City of Wichita (CITY) receives federal funding of various types directly from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The CITY is a Responsible Entity and performs environmental reviews for almost all of its federally funded programs or sources the environmental reviews to outside vendors. The CITY is soliciting proposals from environmental firms for the delivery of preparing the regulatory required Environmental Review Records, hereinafter referred to as the “Services for federally funded projects. The CITY reserves the right to award all, some or none of the Services set forth in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to any one Proposer based on the CITY’s review and assessment of the Proposals meeting the criteria set forth herein. Note: 24 CFR Part 58 Environmental Assessments should not be confused with a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment which is much more technical.
