Asbestos, Lead, Demolition

(7971) Denton : *ADDENDUM 1* Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Services. The City of Denton (City), a home-rule city of the State of Texas, is requesting qualifications from potential providers with demonstrated experience in providing professional services for asbestos abatement and demolition services. The awarded providers shall have the ability to accomplish all aspects of the requested services. The qualification responses shall be submitted to the City of Denton in a sealed submission. All Asbestos Abatement Services will be performed by a Licensed Asbestos Contractor licensed to practice in the State of Texas. With each project, providers will be required to include copies of current licenses for each employee engaged on that project. Asbestos Abatement may be needed within City facilities (Public Buildings) or buildings that are a part of a City project (Public Buildings or NESHAP Facility). All Demolition Services will be performed by a Contractor licensed to practice in the State of Texas. With each project, providers will be required to include copies of current applicable licenses/training for each employee engaged on that project. Demolition Services may be needed structures such as single-family residences, multi-family residential, and commercial structures.
