(FY22-500-46) Manchester: (RFQ) *Update* DPW: Raise Manchester: Connecting the Future. The City of Manchester Department of Public Works is requesting letters of intent from Professional Engineering and Design Consultants interested in submitting proposals for the Raise Manchester: Connecting the Future Project. Consultants will be required to conduct a physical inventory of the site, as well as conduct topographic and geotechnical surveys as necessary, prepare systems engineering documentation for all elements, prepare design/engineering plans, lead public engagement and public relations efforts and maintain project website, prepare NEPA documentation, obtain any and all permits (such as Alteration of Terrain and Wetlands encroachment), facilitate ROW easements and/or acquisitions, and produce contract documents for public bid.
