(See project description box below) Wilsonville: Charbonneau Utility Repair: Village Greens Circle and Edgewater Lane Project #1500, 2500, 4500 & 7500 ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Wilsonville is soliciting Proposals from firms experienced in providing wastewater, stormwater, and water utility repair and rehabilitation engineering design. Requested services include preparation of engineering design documents and performance of pipeline video inspection, topographic surveying, public participation, cost estimating, bidding assistance, construction support, and other related services. Work is expected to begin in 2022 and continue through 2024. The City's purpose in using this process will be to evaluate and rank qualified firms who have a demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects of similar projects, leading to a negotiated Time and Materials Not to Exceed Professional Services Agreement. The estimated cost range for the services is $500,000 to $700,000.
