(22-13) Montgomery County : *Addenda 1/2* Big Buck Lake Dam Precinct #4. The project is located in Peach Creek Plantation located along State Highway 105 approximately 8 miles west of Interstate 69 in Montgomery County, Texas. The proposed project improvements include demolition of an existing concrete spillway, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, construction of 6-inch-thick reinforced concrete spillway, riprap embedded in cement stabilized sand and raising an earthen berm. The above description of the scope of work is general in nature and is only intended to provide an overview of the project. The complete detailed scope of work and bid items are contained in the plans and specifications. The contractor will have 120 calendar days to complete the project. This project shall be constructed under the Montgomery County General Conditions with Technical Specifications provided by Bleyl Engineering or TxDOT specifications.
