Demolish existing pump, pump motor, and appurtenance piping; construct new pump, motor, and appurtenant piping; construct new 14” cement mortar lined and coated well discharge pipeline, check valve, meter, isolation valves to replace existing 14” discharge pipeline; construct new 12” cement mortar lined and coated MWD feeder to replace existing 12” and 8” steel pipelines; construct new 16” cement mortar lined and coated steel Well 16 discharge line to replace existing 16” pipelines; construct new pressure reducing station, including 16” and 14” pressure sustaining valves, and appurtenant isolation valves, fittings and pressure instrumentation; construct new 42’x26’ masonry building with steel and lightcrete roof, and building appurtenances, ventilation, and lighting; construct electrical equipment to power well and other on-site equipment; integrate controls with City’s SCADA system; construct one biofiltration basin, and appurtenant piping and landscaping; construct perimeter masonry wall; construct new pickleball courts to replace existing tennis court and resurface existing tennis courts; construct new electronic billboard and televised sign monument; demolish and relocate existing OCTA bus stop; construct landscaping and irrigation. **DUE DATE EXENDED TO 4/19/22
