(JH22-76) State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources: North Hills Pond Maintenance Project Purpose of this Solicitation: The purpose of this RFQ is to enter into a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide: services for the cleaning out and lining an existing livestock watering pond with clay located on the Bald Hills approximately 28 miles north of Cedar City, Utah. Pond location already exists and needs reconstruction or maintenance to allow water to be held over from snow and rain allowing sustainability for livestock and wildlife through the summer months. The approximate size of the pond is 32,000 square feet. The pond will need to be cleaned out, free of debris, widened, and re-clayed so that water will not leach out. Clay should be applied at the rate of 4lbs/sq.ft and then be tracked or packed into the soil.
