|Bid Description:||CA Department of Fish & Wildlife: Traffic Study Services within Southern California. The Contractor shall conduct a traffic study to evaluate trailered watercraft traffic entering California via four routes without existing CDFA Border Protection Stations (BPS; i.e. circumventing inspection/interception of mussel-infested vessels). The Contractor will collect data necessary for CDFW to assess the number and type of watercraft trailered along four roadways in Southern California for 24 hours per day for one year (365 consecutive days). The services will be performed within the following roadway spans: 1. West-bound Interstate 40 (Needles, CA; San Bernardino Co.) West of US Route 95 junction and east of East Main Street (first Barstow exit). 2. West-bound Highway 78 (Blythe, CA; Imperial Co.) West of Walters Camp Road and east of Highway 111 junction. 3. West-bound Highway 62 (Vidal, CA; San Bernardino Co.) East of Rice Midland Road and west of Highway 95. 4. West-bound Highway 10 (Blythe, CA; San Bernardino Co.) East of Mesa Drive and west of State Route 78/South Neighbours Boulevard (Mesa Verde).|
