Bid Description: Brookfield: (RFQ) SUPERSTITION VISTAS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1 AND DISTRICT NO. 2 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK PROJECT SEGMENT NUMBER: SVPK 001 SOUTH DISTRICT PARK. The Brookfield ASLD 8500 LLC ("Brookfield'), a Delaware limited liability company, is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk to provide Pre-Construction Services and complete Construction Services as the Construction Manager at Risk for the SOUTH DISTRICT PARK Project. All qualified firms that are interested in providing these services are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Brookfield is the Owner/Developer in a 2,783-acre master planned development located west of the Idaho Road alignment, east of Meridian Road, north of the Ray Road Alignment, and south of the Elliot Road alignment, in Sections 17, 18, 19, and 20 of Township 1 South, Range 8 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The Property is also commonly referred to as Superstition Vistas. The work included in this RFQ is the subject of separate District Development, Financing Participation, Waiver and Intergovernmental Agreements for Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1 and Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 2. The successful Construction Manager at Risk will not have recourse, directly or indirectly, to the City of Apache Junction, Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1 or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 2. The contract with the Construction Manager at Risk will be with Brookfield and not with the Arizona State Land Department, City of Apache Junction, D.R. Horton, Inc., Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1 or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 2.
